Hey all sorry that I ahve not posted for a long while...my computer has been really weird and not letting me sign on, but I have fixed it temporarily...anyway my debate partner and I got 3rd place at an Open turnament which is really good!! Yeah anyway more posts to come...

A tourny that you don't have to be qaulified to participate. I think... you will have to check with Xanatos to be sure though.
Thrawn would be correct. Open also means its Open for anyone in NCFCA to participate

You missed medicine ball exercises.
We missed weights because we were sick and Our computer is still messing up. It keeps saying "This page can not be displayed" when we try to log in. Very irritating. I wish I got this many comments on my blog.
